For lunch today, I started my first course with:
push ups

Second course:
1/2 a chicken breast with salt, pepper, and ginger for seasoning
broccoli and cauliflower mixed (steamed last night)
and green beans
Only have water to drink.
Now I only have etk and yoga to go. One is a class, and the kettlebells are at home for the other one.
